Crucible's ministry is much appreciated and having a significant impact on the life of the Church and The Army. If you want to be taken to the edge of Mission and Mission thinking, consider attending a Crucible Course. There are lots to chose from. I attended a day recently and it made me think and changed my thinking.

Crucible Course has helped me focus on principles and practices that are enabling me to work hand-in-hand with God. The different models of church planting, and their historic roots, have been particularly useful. It’s been good to meet and share with others in similar church planting situations. I've also been challenged to think more radically – what are we offering to the happy, secular moralist?

At two-thirds of my way through the course I'd already found it invaluable in preparing me for 21st Century church planting.

Crucible Course was empowering and thought-provoking. I learned as much from other participants as I did from the course; we were encouraged to learn from each other's practice and the practice of those guiding the sessions. It's already given me some much-needed context for my local urban mission work, helping me prioritise, plan, and strategise. I never knew it was called incarnational mission.
